At SLC, we are committed to ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made our return and refund/Exchange process simple and straightforward.
Return Policy
We accept returns intimated to us within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a return, ensure the product is:
Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoices.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive your refund within 2-3 business days of us receiving the product via the original payment method, if paid through COD, you will have to submit bank account details for refund.
Exchange Policy
You can apply for exchange as well within 2 days of delivery of product.
Any COD Charges/Shipping Charges won't be refunded.
Return and Exchange fees will be charged as INR 100/- per request.
